In a library, books can be decorative in their own right. But when they’re tucked away on a shelf, the inviting cover and title don’t always catch the eye.
Silkeborg Library has done something about it. A large, eye-catching orange wall is now decorated with books arranged according to different themes. Located right next to one of the library’s reading areas, the wall invites you to explore.

In line with the new interior design, Silkeborg Library has created several areas that invite both individual immersion and team collaboration. The open and inviting layout makes it easier for students and other visitors to find an inspiring corner where they can immerse themselves in their work.
