Who has access to data?
The data we collect about you can be viewed by employees of PJ Production. We do not disclose personal data to third parties.
However, data may be stored with external data processors with whom PJ Production has entered into a data processing agreement. The external data processors include
Hubspot: Our contact database where we store information about relations’ ongoing interaction with APTO/PJ Production.
Google: Here we store information about visitor behavior on our website.
Microsoft: This is where we store our work files in Onedrive.
How long do we store data for?
We keep data about you in our contact database (Hubspot) as long as you continue to interact with APTO/PJ Production. Once a year we clean up our contact database and delete inactive users. You are an inactive user if you have not opened at least one of the last 11 emails we have sent you from Hubspot.
We also clean up other systems once a year. Here we delete the data that we no longer have a legitimate purpose for storing.
If you are a customer, we store your data according to the Accounting Act.

You can change or withdraw your consent from the Cookie Declaration on our website at any time. All you have to do is click on the icon in the bottom left corner. (black with icon as a lock)
